Walaa shareholders elect board members for new term

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. shareholders approved the election of board members for the new term ending on May 25, 2028, during the extraordinary general meeting (EMG) held on May 20, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

The new board members are Ayham Al Yousef, Ahmed Al Quraishi, Bashar Al-Khail, Adel Dahlawi, Abdullatif Al Mulhem, Ghassan AlThukair, Faisal Al-Qahtani, Muhammad Refaat Shafiq, and Hisham Al Jaber.

 

The shareholders also approved the remaining items on the agenda, the statement said.
