AYYAN shareholders elect board members for next term

AYYAN Investment Co.’s shareholders approved the election of board members from among the nominees for the upcoming three-year term, which begins on July 1, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting held on May 27.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company confirmed the election of the following members to the board of directors: Faisal Abdullah Muhammad Al-Qahtani, Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Abdullah Al AlShaikh, Waleed Amer Abdulrahman Al-Rumaih, Abdulaziz Majed Abdullah Al-Kassabi, Ayham Muhammad Abdullah Al-Yousef, Faisal Alnasser, and Khaled Abdullah Abdulrahman Alfuraih.
