Shareholders of Al Hammadi Holding Co. delegated the board of directors with the authority to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2025.

 

The decision came during the ordinary general assembly (OGM) held on June 4, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also elected board members for the upcoming four-year term starting on June 22, 2025.

 

The company said that the new board includes Abdulaziz Al Hammadi, Mohammed Al Hammadi, Aziz Al Gahtani, Fahad Al Nuhait, Saad Al Hamidi, Nasser Binsaif, Ahmed Al Sagheir, Rema Al Hammadi and Basel Binjabr.
