Mayar Holding says financial transactions are 99.1% Shariah-compliant

Mayar Holding Co.’s financial transactions, including credit facilities, deposits, and loans, are 99.14% Shariah-compliant, as per the financial statements issued on June 30, 2025, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 
 

The remaining 0.86% represents a financing facility arranged by a foreign bank for a subsidiary.

 

The firm is on the list of companies that comply with Shariah regulations of Al Rajhi Capital and Albilad Capital, according to their updated lists.

 

Mayar’s disclosure aligns with its commitment to transparency of its financial transactions.
