Al-Etihad board elects new bord through Feb. 2029

Al-Etihad board will serve a three-year term starting Feb. 17, 2026.

Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved electing new board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting Feb. 17, 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Yousef Al Saad, Naif Al Turairi, Tareq Bouresly, Fahad Al Dalali, Ahmed Al Mohsen, Ahmed Boshnak, and Abdulrahman Alzamil.
