Al Kathiri names Khaled Al-Khayal Chairman, Abdullah Al-Sheikh Vice Chairman

Al Kathiri Holding Co. board of directors appointed Khaled Al-Khayal as Chairman and Abdullah Al-Sheikh as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company also named its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), including Meshal AlKhathiri as CEO and Hussain Al Dossary as a board member.

 

In addition, Sobhi Ibrahim was appointed Board Secretary, and the board committees were restructured as follows:

 

The Audit Committee included Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Sayegh, Hussain Al Dossary, and Ali Al Hamad. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee included Ali Al Hamad, Khaled Abdul Mohsen Abdul Rahman Al-Khayal, and Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Sayegh.
