Al Mawarid CEO sees sustained demand in Q2 2026

Al Mawarid Manpower Co. CEO Riyadh Alromizan expects sustained demand for the company’s services across both the business and individual segments in the second quarter of 2026.
Speaking to Argaam, he said recent demand has been supported by the hospitality and entertainment sectors, as well as the public services segment.
He added that gross income from the corporate segment rose, driven by an 18% increase in the average number of workforce employees, while gross income from the individual segment also increased, supported by a 19% rise in average workforce numbers, alongside improved utilization rates and pricing.
On the company’s dividend policy, Alromizan said the board is working on a balanced framework that meets shareholder expectations while supporting the company’s long-term growth plans.
According to Argaam data, Al Mawarid’s net profit rose to SAR 52.2 million in the first quarter of 2026, compared with SAR 29.9 million in the same period a year earlier.
