The prices of most cryptocurrencies rose on Tuesday as uncertainty persisted over the US-Iran war and its impact on riskier assets.
Bitcoin – the world’s largest cryptocurrency by value – resumed trading above $77,000 after falling on Monday to near $76,000, its lowest level since the end of April.
The recovery comes as traders analyze conflicting signals about the prospects of a US-Iran agreement to end the war and restore energy flows through the Strait of Hormuz.
