Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) received, on May 25, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) no-objection on appointing Turki Alsudairy as Chairman, according to a Tadawul statement.

 

Meanwhile, Talal Al-Shumaisi was appointed as Vice Chairman for the new term.

 

In May, shareholders approved electing board members for the new four-year term starting on May 11, 2026, according to Argaam data.
