Al Yamamah Steel shareholders elect new board

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. said its shareholders elected board members for the upcoming four-year term, which will begin on June 26, 2026, and continue until June 25, 2030, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The decision was approved during an ordinary general meeting on June 14.

 

The elected board members are Saad Almoijel, Raed Almudaiheem, Mouhanna Almouhanna, Khalid Alshami, Gasem Almaimani, Waleed Albassam, and Ahad Awaidha.
