Al-Fakhera reappoints Sulaiman Al-Yahya as Chairman, Hamad Al-Yahya as Vice Chairman

Al-Fakhera Men’s Tailoring Co.’s board decided to appoint Sulaiman Al-Yahya as Chairman, and Hamad Al-Yahya as Vice Chairman.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that the board appointed Abdullah Al-Yahya as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, as well as Sinan Al-Masoud as board Secretary.

The board decided to form the audit committee and appoint the company’s representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.

These decisions will take effect from the beginning of the new board term on June 18, 2026, until June 17, 2030.

According to available data, Al-Fakhera’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) recently approved the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term.
