Al Yamamah Steel appoints Khalid Alshami Chairman, Raed Almudaiheem as VC

The new board term will run from June 2026 through June 2030.

Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co. said its board of directors appointed Khalid Alshami as Chairman of the board of directors, Raed Almudaiheem as Vice-Chairman and Mohammed Khalid Alqahtani as board corporate secretary, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 

The board also appointed the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul, namely, Khalid Alshami and Sahal Althobaiti.

 

During the board meeting, the audit committee was formed, including Ahmed Aldhabi, Waleed Albassam, and Gasem Almaimani. Additionally, the nomination and remuneration committee was formed and included Ahad Awaidha, Khalid Alshami, and Mouhana Almouhana.

 

Further, the board named the executive committee members, including Raed Almudaiheem, Khalid Alshami, and Mouhana Almouhana.

 

These appointments will take effect starting the new four-year board term on June 26, 2026.
