Emaar EC reappointed Muhannad Al-Azzawi as Chairman


Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) reappointed Muhannad Al-Azzawi, a non-executive director, as Chairman and Naif Al-Hamdan, also a non-executive director, as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also includes Fahad Al-Saud, Mohammed Hefny, Khalid Al-Salman, Fahad Al-Hathloul, Abdulrahim Al-Tuwaijri, Mostafa Abu Quba, and Bhawan Shindalia.

 

The board approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee, comprising Abdulrahim Al-Tuwaijri as Chairman, as well as Fahad Al-Saud, Khalid Al-Salman and Mansour Al-Mansour.

 

It also formed the executive committee, chaired by Muhannad Al-Azzawi, with Naif Al-Hamdan, Mohammed Hefny, Mostafa Abu Quba and Nasser Al-Kuwari as members.

 

In addition, the board appointed Abdulrahman Basyouni as board secretary and approved the formation of the audit committee, which was announced separately.

 

According to Argaam data, Emaar EC’s shareholders elected board members for a new four-year term running from June 26, 2026, to June 25, 2030.
