SISCO Holding reappoints Aamer Alireza as Chairman

SISCO Holding's board approves the formation of board committees

Sustained Infrastructure Holding Co. (SISCO Holding) said its board reappointed on July 1 Aamer Alireza as Chairman and Muneera AlDossary as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

In addition, the board approved the formation of the nomination and remuneration committee and the investment committee and appointed a chairperson for each.
