SACO appoints Wael Jamjoom as Chairman, Rehab Bakhsh as Vice Chair

In addition, the board approved the formation of board committees and appointed the company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center (Edaa).
The company said that the audit committee was formed with Abdullah Al-Muallimi as Chairman. The committee also includes Rehab Bakhsh, Ghassan Amodi, Ahmed Al Saqqaf and Layan Banajah.
The nomination and remuneration committee was formed under the chairmanship of Thamer Jameel. The committee also includes Wabel Jamjoom, Ayman Al Tawil, Khalid Sindi, and Hani Zahran.
SACO further pointed out that the investment committee was formed with Nouf Al-Rakkan, as Chairman, Wael Jamjoom, Yousef Bin Humaid Al-Din, Asma Yamani, and Asaad Jamjoom.
According to the statement, the executive committee was formed under the chairmanship of Wael Jamjoom and includes Tarig Enaya, Atef Mufti, and Sakhr Jamjoom.
SACO also formed the Saudi Vision 2030 Alignment Committee, chaired by Mohammad Saleh Benten and comprising Hassan Abu Talib, Hiba Beydoun, Yousef Bin Humaid Al-Din, and Fouad Al-Tawil, all of whom are external members.
The company noted that representatives were appointed before the CMA and Tadawul for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
In June, SACO's ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the election of board members for the new three-year term ending July 19, 2029, Argaam data showed.
