NDMC closes August sukuk issuance at SAR 9.5B

The issuance was divided into five tranches.


The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) closed investor orders for its August domestic issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program, allocating SAR 9.52 billion, the center said in a statement on Aug. 18.

 

The issuance was divided into five tranches. The first, valued at SAR 1.55 billion, will mature in 2031. The second totaled SAR 2.39 million and will mature in 2033.

 

The third tranche amounted to SAR 258 million and will mature in 2036, while the fourth and fifth totaled SAR 4.06 billion and SAR 1.25 billion, maturing in 2039 and 2041, respectively.
