Al-Baha Investment & Development Co. said an administrative Jeddah court postponed on Monday a case against the company’s former board of directors to Jan. 2, 2017 for further deliberations.

 

The company said in Sept. 27 that it had filed a case against the outgoing chairman and the members of the board.
