Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co.’s (AICC) board of directors has reappointed Abdulaziz Al-Qahtani as the company’s new chairman, and Ahmed Al-Jasser (independent director) as the vice-chairman, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

Al Qahtani has served as chairman of AICC since Jan. 1, 2014.

 

The executive, remuneration, investment and risk management committees will be also formed, the statement said.

 

The insurer’s board was reelected for the fourth three-year term, starting from Jan. 1, 2017.
