MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co. said on Thursday that it has accepted the resignation of independent board member Abdul Mohsen Al-Touq, with effect from March 29.

 

Al-Touq tendered his resignation after being appointed to the board of Arab National Bank (ANB), which contradicts the independency requirements, the insurer said in a statement to Tadawul.
