Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Co. (Walaa) said it was ordered by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA), the kingdom’s central bank and insurance market regulator, to fulfill regulatory requirements for pending vehicle claim settlements and customer complaints within 20 days starting today.

 

Walaa said it will take the necessary actions within the specified period.
