Fitaihi Holding Group has appointed its chief financial officer Yasser Yehia Abdel Hameed as acting chief executive, effective from April 13, 2017.

 

Abdel Hameed has 24 years of experience and has been with the company since 1993, Fitaihi said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The firm’s board of directors also appointed board member Ibrahim Hassan Mohamed Al Madhoun as vice chairman effective from April 13.
