Tihama Advertising & Public Relations Co.’s fluctuation limit after its capital reduction will be based on a share price of SAR 44.02, the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement Sunday.

 

Tihama’s extraordinary general assembly on April 13 approved cutting capital by 50 percent to SAR 75 million.

 

The company will cancel 7.5 million outstanding shares from 15 million to reduce capital, Argaam earlier reported.
