Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development’s (Al Hokair Group) shareholders on April 18 approved a 13 percent cash dividend, totaling SAR 71.5 million for fiscal year 2016, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

At the general assembly shareholders also approved next year’s contracts, in which board members have direct or indirect interest. Last year’s deals were worth around SAR 137 million.
