Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) had to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled on May 7 due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

SASCO will announce a date for the second meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement said.
