Malath Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (Malath Insurance) sold 13,118 fractional shares on April 17 at SAR 21.23 per share for a total of SAR 278,532, following its capital cut.

 

The funds will be deposited in shareholders’ accounts on May 18, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.
