Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Co.’s CEO and executive board member Abdulrahman Al Harkan has submitted his resignation from both positions for personal reasons, the real estate developer said in a bourse statement Monday.

 

The resignation was accepted by the board of directors on Sunday, May 14, and will come into effect on June 1, 2017.
