The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) has delisted the shares of Bishah Agricultural Development Co. as of May 18, the bourse said in a statement on Sunday.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA), Saudi Arabia’s market regulator, announced the company’s delisting on May 17, following the company’s failure to develop a restructuring plan and reduce its accumulated losses.
