Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. was forced to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on Sunday, June 18, due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 

 

The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
