The Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) has appointed Sulaiman Al-Gwaiz (non-executive member) as vice chairman for the company's board of directors, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The appointment is effective from June 21, 2017 until the end of the current term on Oct. 24, 2017.
