The Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority’s (SAMA) orders to insurance companies and service providers to achieve 100 percent Saudization rates in the motor insurance claims and customer service departments come into effect today, July 2.

 

In mid-June, the central bank said this will be followed by the Saudization of other technical and leading jobs, and urged companies to train their employees accordingly.
