National Agriculture Marketing Co. (Thimar) was forced to postpone its general assembly meeting on Sunday due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 

 

The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
