The general assembly of Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Co. has elected members to the board of directors for a three-year term ending on June 30, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The elected board members are Abdul Majeed Al Hokair, Ammar Al Khudairy, Faisal Al Sugair, Ajlan Al Ajlan, Bandar Al Gufais, Abdulrahman Al Rashed, Omar Al Mohammady, Sultan Al Hokair and Faisal el Judeie.

 

During the same meeting held Sunday, shareholders also elected Omar Al Mohammaday, Eid Al Shamri and Sulaiman Al Sakran as audit committee members.
