Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s general assembly elected on Thursday members of the board of directors for the new three-year term that started on July 20, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The elected board members are Ziyad A Rahma, Mohamed Al Rahma, Adel Al Ghamdi, Ahmed Al Zaraa, and Khaled Al Shehab.

 

During the same meeting, shareholders also elected Khaled Al Shehab, Khaled Al Hoshan, Aziz Al Qahtani and Adel Al Ghamdi as audit committee members.
