Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co.’s general assembly has elected Mousa Al Mousa, Azzam Aba Al Khail and Badr Bin Sulaiman as members of audit committee for the board’s current three-year term ending on April 26, 2018.

 

Shareholders also approved amending the company’s internal governance and some company’s bylaws, according to a statement by the company on Tadawul.
