Wafrah for Industry & Development Co.’s general assembly approved on Monday financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year 2016, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2016.

 

During the meeting, Al Azem and Al Sudairy CPAs & Accountants office was appointed external auditor for the period from April 1, 2017 until March 31, 2018.
