Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) is planning minor maintenance work at Abqaiq oilfield next September, unnamed sources familiar with the matter told Reuters, without mentioning the duration of upkeep.

 

The maintenance work is said to reduce light crude exports.

 

In 2012, the Abqaiq oilfield produced 400,000 bpd of Arabian Extra Light crude oil.
