Arriyadh Development Co. will pay a 5 percent cash dividend (SAR 0.5 per share) for the first half of 2017 on Thursday, Aug. 24, the company said in a statement.

 

Shareholders of record on August 10, 2017, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend.

 

Last month, the company’s board of directors recommended a 5 percent cash dividend to be issued at SAR 0.5 per share for H1 amounting to SAR 66.66 million, Argaam reported.
