Alujain Corporation dismissed three board members following the request of a group of shareholders who hold a stake of over 5 percent in the company, it said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

The dismissal of the members – Khaled Zainal, Khaled Zagzoog and Adnan Salah – is conditional upon the approval of the company’s general assembly, the statement added.
