Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. was forced to postpone its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) on Monday, Sept. 11, due to a lack of quorum, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul. 

 

The company said it will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.
