The general assembly of Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO) on Thursday elected board members for the new three-year term started on Oct. 26, 2017.

 

Shareholders also approved the board’s annual report, financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2017, according to the company’s statement on Tadawul.

 

During the meeting, KPMG accounting firm has been selected to audit the company’s financials for the fiscal year 2017/2018.

 

Meanwhile, they have elected the board’s audit committee and approved all related party contracts.
