Aljazira Mawten REIT to distribute its first dividend in H1 2017

Aljazira Mawten REIT said it will distribute a 2.5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders at SAR 0.25 per share for the first half of 2017.
This will be the first dividend to be distributed by the REIT since it listed on Tadawul on February 2017, according to data compiled by Argaam.
