United Cooperative Assurance Co. (UCA) has appointed Tareq Al Nabulsi as acting chief executive officer effective Nov. 1, 2017.

 

Another CEO will be hired after electing the new board’s members, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al Nabulsi has over 25 years of managerial and professional experience, the statement added.

 

Earlier this month, UCA said that its board of directors had accepted the resignation of CEO Mishaal Afif, effective Nov. 1.
