Al-Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker’s board of directors has appointed Azzam Al-Mudaiheem as its new chief executive officer, effective Nov. 19, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday.

 

The decision came after the appointment of Hakam Abu Risheh as acting chief executive was canceled.

 

Al Mudaiheem served as the general manager of Masdar Co. and held senior management positions in several companies, such as Al-Muhaidib Group. He is also on the board of directors at Communications Solutions Co. and Arabian Pipes Co.
