SVCP shareholders elect audit committee members

Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co.’s (SVCP) general assembly elected on Monday members of the audit committee for the current three-year term ending Oct. 17, 2020.
The committee will include Abdulrahman Alhumeid, Abdulmohsen Al-Issa, and Hisham Al Akl, the company said in a bourse statement.
During the meeting, shareholders also approved the regulations of the audit committee and nominations and remunerations committee.
In addition, the general assembly approved policies and standards of the board and executive management and their remuneration policies.
