Musharaka REIT said that the fund manager, Musharaka Capital, has raised its stake in the fund by 20 percent of the initial holding during October and November.

 

The current holding of the fund manager stands at three million units, the REIT said in a bourse statement.

 

Musharaka REIT started trading on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Oct. 1, 2017.

 

The fund has a total capital of SAR 880 million, divided into 88 million units.
