AlJazira Mawten REIT (AlJazira REIT) has updated its terms and conditions to reflect value-added tax (VAT), it said in a statement to Tadawul on Monday.

 

The complete terms and conditions have been updated on Tadawul website.

 

The Kingdom will start levying VAT starting Jan. 1, 2018.
