Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors has appointed Abdullah Alageel as vice chairman of the board effective from Dec. 4, 2017 until the end of the current three-year term, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The general assembly also elected Mohammed Al Angari, Hathloul Al Hathlol, Sulaiman Altwaijri and Mohamed Al Basamy as members of the nominations and remunerations committee, SAPTCO said in a separate statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the company’s corporate governance, rules of nominations and remunerations committee, rules of audit committee and policies of board nominations as well as policies of top executives’ remunerations.
