Middle East Paper Co.’s (MEPCO) general assembly approved on Tuesday rules for the board’s nomination and remunerations committee and audit committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the following: policies, standards, and membership procedures for the board; remuneration policies for board members and top executives; and the company’s social responsibility policy.
