National Agricultural Development Co.’s (NADEC) extraordinary general assembly on Sunday approved updated rules for the board’s nominations and remunerations committee and audit committee.

 

Shareholders also approved the board’s standards and policies as well as remuneration policies for the board and top management, NADEC said in a bourse statement.

 

In addition, the assembly approved amended bylaws including articles related to buying, selling and mortgaging the company’s shares.
