Fitaihi Holding Group’s general assembly approved on Tuesday updated corporate governance and amended rules of audit committee, and nominations and remunerations committee, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved amended policies and standards of the board of directors and policies for remunerations of board members and executives.
